- Today until 16 July: All first round entries (any subject) are to be submitted digitally.
- 2 August: Shortlisted applicants will be informed of their selection and date for meeting with Aviagen.
- Before 1 October: Receipt of physical artwork by Aviagen
- 15 October: Judging and presentation of awards

- 1st place THB 25,000 plus certificate of recognition
- 2nd place THB 15,000 plus certificate of recognition
- 3rd place THB 10,000 plus certificate of recognition
- Seven Talent Prize awards: THB 1,000 plus certificate of recognition
